Privacy Policy

Abhiman Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is a small team offering n8n automation and Notion consulting to businesses worldwide. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit abhiman.io, book a call, or engage us as a client, and how that information is handled.

We do not sell your data, run advertising, or collect anything beyond what is necessary to operate the site and deliver our services.

This policy applies to abhiman.io and to the personal data we handle while delivering our services. It does not cover third-party websites or platforms, which have their own policies.

We collect data in two contexts: when you visit the site, and when you become a client.

Site visitors

• Booking information: when you book a call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and chosen time slot. This is stored and processed by Cal.com and shared with our team to coordinate the call.
• Analytics data: Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymised, aggregate page-view data (country, browser, referrer, page URL). No personally identifiable information is collected. No cross-site tracking occurs.
• Email correspondence: messages sent to abhi@abhiman.io are stored in Google Workspace and may be seen by relevant team members.

Clients

• Onboarding information: when you engage us for a project, we collect your name, email address, business name, website, and a project brief. This may be gathered via email, a shared Notion workspace, or a signed agreement through our document signing service.
• Contracts and agreements: signed documents (NDAs, service agreements) are processed via our document signing tool and stored securely. Relevant team members have access to these for the duration of the engagement.

We do not collect any personal data through forms on this website itself.

We only process personal data where we have a lawful reason to do so. Depending on the situation, that reason is one or more of the following:

• Your consent: for example, when you book a call or contact us voluntarily.
• To perform a contract: to deliver a project, send invoices, and communicate with you as a client.
• Legitimate business interests: to operate, secure, and improve the site and our services, where this does not override your rights.
• Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.

Abhiman Labs is a small team. Relevant team members may have access to client data, including booking details, email correspondence, project briefs, and signed documents, to the extent required to deliver the service.

We do not share your data with anyone outside our team except through the third-party services listed below, which are necessary to operate our business.

We limit access to client data to team members who need it to deliver the service, and apply access controls to the systems that hold it.

We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures, including technical and organisational measures, to protect personal data. These include HTTPS encryption in transit, limited and access-controlled storage, and reliance on reputable providers who maintain their own security standards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will act promptly to address it and will notify you and the relevant authority where required by applicable law, including the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant provisions are in force.

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com: appointment scheduling. Stores your name, email, and booking details. See cal.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare: site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and Web Analytics. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata at the network level. Analytics are privacy-preserving and do not use cookies or fingerprinting. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Workspace: email and collaboration. Email correspondence and any shared documents are processed by Google. See Google Workspace Privacy.
• Notion: project management and client onboarding. Client briefs and project details may be stored in Notion. See notion.com/privacy.
• Documenso: document signing. Contracts and agreements are signed via our self-hosted document signing service. Data remains within our infrastructure.

We are based in India and serve clients worldwide. Several of the third-party services we use, including Cal.com, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and Notion, store or process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

By using the site or engaging us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. We only use reputable providers who apply their own safeguards, and we limit the data shared to what is necessary.

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at abhi@abhiman.io and we will delete it promptly.

We do not set any cookies on this website ourselves.

Cal.com may set session cookies when you interact with the booking widget. Cloudflare may set a short-lived technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection. This cookie contains no personal data and expires within 30 minutes. Neither we nor Cloudflare use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Cal.com retains booking records per their own policies. You can request deletion directly from Cal.com.

Email correspondence and client onboarding data in Google Workspace and Notion is retained for as long as our business relationship is active, and deleted promptly when no longer needed.

Signed contracts are retained as required by standard business practice and deleted upon your request once the engagement is complete.

Cloudflare Analytics data is aggregate and anonymised, so it cannot be tied back to you and is not subject to deletion requests.

Regardless of where you are located, you may request to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. We will action all reasonable requests promptly.

• Booking data: contact Cal.com support directly to request deletion of your booking records.
• Email and client data: email us at abhi@abhiman.io and we will delete your information from Google Workspace, Notion, and any documents we hold.
• Signed contracts: request deletion after your engagement ends; we will remove records unless retention is legally required.
• Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing abhi@abhiman.io. Withdrawal does not affect any processing already carried out.

We aim to respond to any privacy request within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer below. Once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 come into force, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our Grievance Officer addresses data and privacy complaints and aims to resolve them within one month of receipt, in line with applicable Indian law.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
