Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing is based entirely on the complexity and scope of what needs to be built. A single focused automation and a nine-database relational system with a real-time CRM sync are very different conversations. We do not publish fixed prices because a number without context is meaningless and often misleading in both directions.
The right number comes from a short discovery call where we understand exactly what you need. If the scope is clear and the fit is right, you receive a fixed-price proposal with no hidden costs and no surprises.
Every project is scoped individually. Some builds take two weeks. Complex multi-system architectures with advanced logic and multiple integrations can take ten to fourteen weeks. We do not give timelines before scoping because a timeline without understanding the full picture is just a guess dressed up as a commitment.
After the discovery call, you get a clear timeline committed to in the proposal before any work begins.
Our core specialisms are n8n and Notion. Most of the work we take on lives at the intersection of those two platforms. That said, if your stack uses a tool with an API, we can almost certainly work with it. CRMs, payment processors, communication platforms, databases, project management tools. The tool is rarely the limit. The problem and the approach are what matter.
No. You describe the problem in plain language. We handle everything technical. The deliverable you receive is a working system with documentation written clearly enough that anyone on your team can understand what it does and how it runs. You do not need to know what a webhook is to benefit from one.
Any credentials shared during a project are stored in end-to-end encrypted vaults and removed completely at handoff. We do not retain access to your tools after the project is complete. Your data stays yours.
Yes. Documentation is not optional at Abhiman Labs. Every system we build is handed off with clear documentation covering what it does, how it runs, and what to check if something unexpected happens. You own what we build. You understand what you own.
Every project includes a post-handoff support period for fixes and adjustments. After that, ongoing support is available as an optional monthly retainer for teams who want continued automation work or a specialist on call.
You are never left with a system that breaks and nobody to reach.
Every build includes error handling and edge case coverage built into the core logic. When something unexpected happens, the system flags it rather than failing silently. The post-handoff support period covers any fixes needed after delivery. For ongoing cover beyond that, monthly retainer support is available.
We work fully remote with clients across the US, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Everything runs async so timezone is rarely an obstacle. The discovery call gets scheduled at a time that works for you.
Book a discovery call. We spend 30 minutes understanding your situation, what needs to be built, and whether we are the right fit for each other. If we are, you receive a fixed-price proposal within a few days.
No commitment before that call. No obligation after it unless the proposal works for you.
